From the moment they arrived, it was clear that they are not only highly knowledgeable about bats but also truly passionate about their work. Jesse and his partner were professional, approachable, and made the entire process easy to understand. They explained everything up front, from the behavior of the bats to the best way to handle the situation. They never tried to upsell unnecessary services and were completely transparent about the steps they would take to humanely remove the bats from the home. What impressed me the most was their dedication to both the safety of our home and the well-being of the bats. Their commitment to conservation was evident throughout the process, and I felt confident that we made the right choice with them. Communication was another strong point. They took the time to answer all of my questions in detail and made sure I was comfortable with every part of the plan. Jesse’s partner was equally knowledgeable and approachable, making it a truly team effort. They were also punctual, respectful of our space. I highly recommend Jesse and his team for anyone dealing with a bat issue. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for both their clients and the bats set them apart. Joe KOctober 9, 2024Two guys came out a couple of day ago. Very friendly, very professional. They went into the "attic". Inspected everything. Took pictures. Inspected the outside to find entry point. Afterwards explained my issues with pictures. Gave a quote to stop the entry and a separate to clean the area after the bats are gone. There was absolutely no pressure to give them the job. I thought the quote was reasonable. I didn't bother with another quote. You have to consider what would you charge to do the job. Got an email with the official quote with an accept button. I pressed the button. Got a call the next morning to schedule the job. They came out, same two guys. Again professionals. I asked a LOT of questions. They answered everything. Afterwards gave me the run down on everything they did. Now we wait and see if the bats go away. They installed three "doors" (just an exit pvc pipe) for the bats to exit the house. They will come back in the spring to remove the doors and final seal and clean the attic. So far all is good. Very satisfied. I will report if things change come spring.
